Support for the purchase of forestry machinery
Buying a forestry machine is not an easy task. The huge choice, the variety of offers, the paperwork, the assessment of technical condition, and in the case of equipment from abroad – also the language barrier and problems with financing. At Forestagri, we understand these challenges very well, which is why we offer our customers comprehensive support – regardless of whether they are just beginning their search or already have their eye on a particular machine.
More and more often, however, we are approached by customers who have found an interesting offer on their own – abroad, for example – but face an obstacle: the impossibility of obtaining a lease for a machine from outside Poland. In such situations, we take the initiative. We check the offer, establish contact with the seller and – if possible – arrange a visual inspection for the customer. Once the decision to buy is made, we can purchase the machine on behalf of the customer and help arrange leasing on favorable terms.
However, this is not the end of our support. We also organize transportation – whether the machine is several kilometers from the customer or on the other side of Europe.
Many customers also appreciate us for the fact that we offer service support. If after the inspection it turns out that the machine requires minor repairs, and the customer decides to carry them out, we organize transport to our company’s headquarters. Service technicians perform the necessary service work on site, and after their completion the machine goes to the customer – fully operational and ready to work.
